Confidence a collaboration between Dutch and Danish partners that helps municipalities develop heat networks faster and smarter. We combine practical experience from Denmark with the Dutch reality of policy, organization, and implementation. The result is not a report for the filing cabinet, but an approach you can use: lessons, formats, and meetings where new collaborations are created.
